I am Bianca Ramonda, a UX/UI Designer from Mendoza, Argentina. My career began in startups focused on MVP products, blockchain technology, and Web3 applications. I later worked at a software factory, where I developed A/B testing proposals for Shopify clients, refining my skills in user experience and data-driven design.
Currently, I work on two different apps—one leveraging blockchain technology, where I iterate the product based on user metrics, and another app from Argentina, where I focus on redesigning the application to enhance user experience. Alongside these roles, I specialize in UX/UI design for landing pages and websites, aiming to help businesses effectively communicate, capture client attention, and increase engagement and conversions.
My advanced skills in Figma, coupled with a deep interest in A/B testing and best practices in user experience, drive my continuous pursuit of excellence in design.

At Latech, my role focused on creating A/B testing and multiple-testing proposals for a client on Shopify. My responsibilities extended beyond this, involving weekly meetings with the client, who was based in the United States. During these meetings, conducted in English, I presented designs and proposals and received feedback.
In this role, I learned to create SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) since we utilized metaobjects in Shopify to facilitate the customization of the client's e-commerce platform. I was responsible for creating these documents, explaining the functionality of the metaobjects in an intuitive tutorial format.

My role as a UX/UI designer was to understand the client’s needs, identify the core objectives of the product in relation to the users, establish the user flow and information architecture based on prior research, and design low- and high-fidelity prototypes.
From this experience, I learned about the versatility and flexibility required for each project, as each one will need a different workflow and methodologies depending on its pain points, product identity, market goals, client subjectivity, deadlines, and more.

In my role as a UX/UI designer, I focused on understanding the product’s objectives and identifying its pain points, particularly in the context of its launch in Argentina, where ticket reselling is legally restricted. This presented a unique challenge for the team in finding the best way to build user trust.
After conducting thorough research and gathering relevant data through benchmarking, interviews, and surveys, I led the creation of user flows with the team. Based on these user flows, I then began designing high-fidelity prototypes. Following three rounds of user testing with Figma prototypes and product iteration, we successfully launched the product into production for testing with real users.
